He's the co-founder of one of the largest real estate investment trusts in the United States, Boston Properties, where he served as the chairman and CEO till 2016. Forbes claims he has a net worth of around £2.13 billion. Mort Zuckerman has been living on a vegan diet since 2008.
The great-grandson of company founder Henry Ford, Bill joined the board in 1988 and has served as chairman since January 1999. In 1990, Bill Ford Jr. became a vegetarian. 20 years later, the Ford executive chairman switched to a fully plant-based diet.
